WEIBER’s floorstanding EMC test chamber is an application for limited test area which requires compact and quiet devices. Electromagnetic influences can result in malfunction of electrical devices and systems, therefore electromagnetic compatibility test is requires to check the ability of a device to function satisfactorily in electromagnetic environment.
The test space is designed so that the interior container takes over a shield function with the aim of testing a system at various temperatures to establish its resistance to an EMC shielded environment. Electromagnetic protection is provided in the complete structure like metallic body, current cables, communication cables, door, tubes, connector panels etc. To check the electromagnetic resistivity at different reproducible temperatures, temperature test in a shielded environment is done.
